Filler Stays

A Filler Stay fills an ENTIRE opening between two existing reservations

If your dates qualify as a filler reservation, contact our friends, who manage our condo, as the minimum stay requirements may be waived.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • A 4 night minimum stay is required
  • If a stay is less than 7 nights, a Cleaning fee of $145.00 will be added. If the stay is a Filler Stay the Cleaning Fee will be reduced to $45.00. For stays 7 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be waived.

Reservations and Policies

  • Our luxury condo is a NON-Smoking unit and no pets are allowed. (One of us has asthma.)
  • The primary rental guest must be over 25 years of age.
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 including young children.
  • CHECK IN: 3 PM. CHECK OUT: 11 AM.
  • Cleaning fee is $145.00 (waived in stays of 7 nights or more)
  • 13.416% Hawaii State Lodging Tax is additional
  • $500 Reservation Deposit is due within 5 days of your reservation date to
    confirm your reservation.
  • A PAID DEPOSIT confirms your reservation. Inquiries are not considered confirmed reservations.
  • During High and Peak Season, the first guest to give us a deposit will receive the confirmed reservation.
  • FULL PREPAYMENT, INCLUDING THE 13.416% HAWAII STATE LODGING TAX IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
  • For reservations made within 90 days of arrival, full payment, including the $500.00 Security deposit, is due at booking.
  • For guaranteed late checkout, if available, ½ of one night’s stay.
  • Late check out requests can be made 2 weeks prior to arrival. Request must be paid within 72 hours to guarantee late check out.
  • All rates, taxes, and terms are subject to change without notice.

Security Deposit

  • We require a $500 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable 2-3 weeks after departure and after condo has been inspected for damage and/or missing items.

Payment

  • We accept personal checks or cashiers checks made out to: Palms 1510, LLC.
  • We also accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover charge cards.
  • All payments must be made in US dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We strongly recommend travel insurance for the unlikely event you cannot keep your reservation. For travel insurance rates and information you can contact www.insuremytrip.com, Google “travel insurance” , or contact your insurance agent. In our opinion travel insurance is relatively cheap, but the insurance company we have used requires the purchase of this insurance within a few days of making the initial deposit.

Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of your stay are subject to the loss of $200.00. Cancellations made within 90 days of your reservation will result in the loss of your full payment less your security deposit, unless we are able to rent the unit for your reserved dates, in which case you would receive a pro rata refund for the period re-rented less $200.00.
