We spent three weeks in Palms 1510, and it wasn’t nearly long enough! As many others have said, the view is amazing and the condo is beautiful and well equipped. The grounds of the Palms are gorgeous, and we enjoyed the well maintained pool and jacuzzi. We were close to several fantastic beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We had debated whether to stay in Kihei or Wailea, and ended up being happy with our decision since we thought that Wailea was much greener and prettier than Kihei, at least while we were there in the dry off season. Kihei was easy to get to, and the reserved parking spot just outside the condo made driving places convenient.

We stayed with our two young children, and the condo was family friendly. I would note that the doors on the second bedroom are louvered, so it was a little harder to put the kids to sleep with the light and noise from the living room. It was not a major issue, though, especially with the floor fans available for some extra white noise. Also, the balcony was a great place to clean up the kids after our beach trips since it has a hose for rinsing off. We were grateful for the air conditioning throughout the unit. It worked well, and we needed it most evenings given the time of year we were there.

I appreciated working with Gin on the rental arrangements. She was very kind to talk with me before we arrived about the condo supplies, shopping and services nearby, and places we might want to take the kids during our visit. Since we hadn’t been to Maui before, that was really helpful.

Overall, this condo set a high bar for our expectations if we ever get a chance to come back to Maui. Sure hoping we do! Mahalo to Gin and the owners for renting this great place to us.

Just wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved Palms 1510. The condo is very spacious and well maintained. Close to everything and with amazing views. We could not have asked for more. We look forward to a return trip!

Hi Gin,
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Palms 1510 unit. This was our second trip back to the palms complex and your unit by far has one of the best locations! The furnishings, bedrooms, kitchen were all in great condition and we know how this is a privilege!
Hopefully we will talk to you again if we plan another trip to Maui.
